Takia Live - Video Chat, developed by MTTL Tech, strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, sextortion involving minors, and any content or behavior that facilitates, promotes, or depicts the sexual abuse or exploitation of children. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for our adult user community.

Age Restriction

Takia Live - Video Chat is exclusively for users aged 18 and older. All users must confirm they meet this age requirement during account creation. We do not knowingly permit minors to register or use the app.

User Screening

Every registered user is subject to:

• Systematic review of profile information and activity patterns.

Legal Compliance

Takia Live - Video Chat complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations and cooperates with law enforcement and relevant authorities where required. Confirmed CSAM and related evidence are preserved and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate authorities or child-safety organizations when required by applicable law.
